Guest Tokolos Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 It's been over a month, and far longer since I posted on greytalk, but I wanted to share the passing of the most amazing dog. Sprinkles came into our lives in February 2010 and immediately became part of our family. He was the kindest, gentlest, and most loving dog. Sprinkles became a therapy dog, and enjoyed visits to the University of Pittsburgh where the students could stop between classes for pets. He was a leaner, and I laugh thinking of all the times I told people they would need to walk away or stop petting him because he would never walk away first. We spent several vacations together, going to Gettysburg and the beach, but the best times were relaxing at home. Sprinkles was the perfect companion because he loved nothing more than lying near you. Some days are easy while others are harder. Today was especially hard as I spent several hours at home alone. Normally. I would have relished this time because Sprinkles was here, but without him, it was awful. Despite all of this, I don't regret a single moment.
