  1. The group I adopted from GPA Emerald Coast used to collect them. I'll check of they still do.
  2. http://www.madramormud.com/shed-safely-mud/ I've been having groomer I take Foster and Heidi to use this on them every time I bring them in for a bath, which they get every 6-8 weeks. Not only does it help with the shedding, both their coat and skin feel so healthy after using it.
  3. That was so much fun to watch! Congratulations on Kenna's top placements.

    River

Trixie and Burke, I'm so very sorry to read of your loss of River. Your tribute to her was beautiful. I have found that as we give our hearts to the dogs that come into our lives they become exactly what we needed at that moment in time.
  5. The set of the ears doesn't fit either that of a Great Dane or Shepherd. They look like the ears of a greyhound to me. I'm going to ask the shelter tomorrow if they know for sure if she is a Great Dane x Shepherd cross or if that was a guess they made.
  6. It matters because I was interested to know if anyone else saw greyhound in her as much as I do. Unlike Texas where there are a lot of greyhound mixes that serve as coyote dogs, a greyhound mix is rare in this area.
  7. What a memorable experience you and Nigel have given those children.
  8. I want to first say I'm not posting this because I'm trying to get someone to adopt this dog. I was just wondering if anyone else sees greyhound in her? https://www.petfinder.com/dog/hera-44790398/al/ozark/ozark-dale-county-humane-society-al152/
  9. I also find it amusing how they will take off like they've been shot out of a rocket after taking a dump if not on a lead.
  10. I too would like to add my congratulations to your getting into the grad school program you wanted. I wish you the best in this next new stage of your life. I have anxiously looked forward to and enjoyed your comics these past many Sundays and will continue to sporadically check in the event you find the time to post more of these gems.
  11. I was wondering who was having to cope with a loss on the very first day of the new year. Ducky I am so sorry.
  12. They look great for being seniors. They are both very lucky to have you and your husband to be there for them. Congratulations to all!
  13. I love reading about this adventure every year you post it. Happy Gotcha Day Whiskey!
