Violet woke me up with fits of coughing one night not long ago and I immediately convinced myself that she had kennel cough, but she must have just irritated her throat eating a piece of grass or something because by the next afternoon she was fine and it hasn't returned. Hoping it was just something like that for Charlie as well. Charlies_Dad Posted April 9, 2012 Author Share Posted April 9, 2012 Well he threw up all his dinner, never a good sign for Charlie. He loves his food and this is first since we adopted him. I just don't know....there is something different and I have been sensing it since last week. He is typically so full of life and always around 9pm he is up and about either chewing a bone or stuffy letting us know it's time for his cottage cheese and flax oil. He hasn't been doing that as much plus I have not seen him run in a couple weeks. When he is outside, you never used to get near him and he would race by you with a smile on his face...that is not happening either. To say I'm worried is an understatement. Thanks for the good thoughts, hopefully he is just feeling rundown and the hacking last night was just that, a hack and that's all.
