Guest Liz Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 It is with a sad heart that we say goodbye to our silly goofy handsome man. Darby left us quietly the day before Thanksgiving. We believe he took a massive stroke. I woke up to find Mr.Darby Hill lying in front of the patio door in the sunshine. Darby came to us August 2011 under some unusual circumstances and from the moment he entered our home, he made it known that he was in his final home. He was our goofy boy and he loved everyone. When he wanted something he was very vocal about it. He loved to have his ears rubbed and with groan with pleasure when you got the right spot. He was very loud and it always made me smile and laugh. He would also stand in front of you and bark when he wanted something right that minute and if you did not move fast enough he would continue to bark at you and then stomp his feet. I always said he was having a tantrum. Darby was 13yrs 2 1/2 months old when he passed. Darby now joins Momma Tess at the rainbow Bridge where I hope there is nothing but sunshine because out handsome man loved to lay in the sun. Run free our sweet boy.
