NeylasMom
Restful night. Her urine is pretty much back to normal, as in normal well concentrated amounts. So of course that scared me because I figured she'd be moving larger volumes of fluid out at least into today so I called the vet. They of course said not to worry unless I see myoglobin again. She actually seems to be feeling pretty good, almost too good as she tried to chase Skye when I let Skye out of the crate this morning. Thankfully I was prepared and was holding Violet's collar. Her gait is still off/stiff on our walks though so I know there's still myalgia there, but the meds are doing their job. She's such a good patient too. I just put the cold compresses around her wrists. She just sniffed them and went back to sleep. NeylasMom
I think she's happy being home Please tell your beautiful stripey girl that my stripey boy is rooting for her! Feel better soon, Violet. You are so lucky to have such a good mum! Done. :pepper great to hear she is still improving! and she's home! (note to Violet, do NOT do ^) She is definitely going to need this memo, and perhaps more importantly Skye needs the memo to leave her alone. She wants to play with her sister although she seems to get that she shouldn't. So she goes and sits in front of her gently wagging her tail until I call her away. NeylasMom
So glad to see her getting some R & R (roaching and recovering) at home. Seriously, she's always loved to roach and she's a total whore (spreads her legs if you even look at her), but she's pretty much been in a perma-roach since she got home. At the moment she's roaching on the couch next to me with her head against my leg.
