Her keyboard is only letting her add the emoticons and not the details and my cell phone kept timing out from my web signal so I wasn't able to get all the information in earlier, so here goes: Annie took Canyon into the specialist this morning and they did several tests and full body mri, including with a dye injection. They left poor Annie out there all nine hours without giving her an update! Needless to say, she was beside herself. When they finally came out to talk with her they let her know that they could find nothing else wrong, which also means no evil shadow of the big C ! The best that they could offer was that he is a slow healer and maybe just a touch of drama queen (or should I say king). But who can blame him?!! So, Annie will be giving sweet and handsome Canyon some extra tlc and keep him quiet and calm as he heals. She will update again tomorrow when hopefully her keyboard will be back in full use mode. Guest Annie Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 Hi All!!!!!!!!!!!! All I can say is THANKYOU, THANKYOU, THANKYOU for your prayers and well wishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am emotionally and physically exhausted... and just leaving the house to take Canyon for laser therapy. Wouldn't you know that my keyboard batteries are just now recharged! I will give yesterday's details when I get back, but I think we've all been reminded of something that we , here, already knew, but the staff at neuro didn't have the experience to learn till now. GREYHOUNDS ARE DIFFERENT and perhaps heal differently and feel more pain than other dogs. WHEW!!! He is going to be fine!!!!! More to follow this afternoon.
