In all the years and all the dogs, I never had a dog so totally devoted to me. You were my dog. You were our fifth grey and I have loved them all, but you were my heart. Today, you would have been 8 years old. We only had you with us for 4 years and it was not enough. Leaving at 7 years old was a cheat, it wasn't fair, you didn't deserve it. I wish I could have my little girl back. I miss you every day. Happy birthday at the bridge. My heart still hurts and my eyes still cry. You were MY dog.
