EllenEveBaz Posted May 26 Author Share Posted May 26 Milo had a little spring in his step this morning and ate almost all of a 3/4-size brekkie. No spoon service for Milo. GHe insists on coming into the kitchen to supervise meal prep, even if he doesn't eat. His body language tells me that he thinks I am trying to poison him. He's got a new habit of walking over to his dish, but waiting to start eating until Gelsey begins hoovering into her meal. I don't know whether he's using her as a food taster or waits to make sure he can eat in peace for a few seconds before she starts hovering around his dish, or what. She doesn't horn in on his food, but she is RIGHT THERE in case I say the magic phrase, "Okay, Gelsey", after he walks away. And forgeddabout offering him the leftovers afterwards. The energy level has gone down, but he still dashes happily in from the back yard reasonably often and he is eating steadily, if with smaller amounts.
