schultzlc
Zip came to me at the beginning of this month as a 12 1/2 year old return due to his owner's illness. I was happy to welcome this old guy into my home, hoping I could offer him a cushy way to live out his years. Sadly, Zip was not well, and this morning I had to help him to the Bridge. I am so sad to have had to let him go so soon and that I could not help him more, but am so glad I was able to give him a loving home during his final days. Here's Zippy on the pillow that he claimed as his own. He tossed it around and pulled it into every room, it was the only bed he would sleep on. Catching a sunny spot with Luna. God speed, Zippy. Even though our time together was short, know that you were very much loved. MP_the4pack
Laura, I honestly and truly can understand your loss of Zip. In April of this year I adopted an 11 yr old broodie named Crystal. She left me 18 days later. She left me with such a broken and empty heart. Zip, you were loved til the end.
