Gave it a quick check and it looks and feels like the same recurrent thing, dman TBD. So, I started him on doxycyclin and sent our vet an email. He is mobile, at least for now, and doesn't have a fever again for now. Please keep our old boy in your thoughts. He's had a great summer and I'd like to keep him around a while longer. Actually he seems to be feeling pretty good. He's eating and moving around pretty well. I think since I caught it really early this time he hasn't started to feel icky. Hopefully starting the antibiotics so quickly will make a big difference.
