I was crying when he was giving the injection, and I had her head in my lap... but once it was over, the peace came over me that said I'd made the right decision. My sister, Becky, was there (some of you may have met her at BBH a couple years ago with Onyx, her service greyhound) and she had K-LOVE radio playing in the background. Her passing was peaceful and calm. I know that many other greys await her there, as does Trish. My last words to her... "I'll see you on The Bridge..."
