Guest Maddison Posted October 21, 2010 Share Posted October 21, 2010 (edited) 03/18/99-10/20/10 We just lost our little girl. The pain in her back leg turned out to be cancer. She cried in pain all night last night so we know it was the right thing to do. It's just so hard to say goodbye. Maddie was born the day my Grandma died. My Grandma's last dying words were, be good, take care of your sister's baby and get married. I tried to accomplish a few of those things on her list, I think she came to me as Stinkerbelle because my hubby always said I married him because of the dog. I will miss her forever. In the meantime, my heart is breaking. I hope I can still create sweaters in her honor, I can't focus past the tears and I don't know when I'll stop crying. I know how hard it is to make the decide to let them go. I had made that decision for Sparks today but my vet talked me out of it.
