Have you looked at the tie back surgery? I did that for my 11 year old and she lived comfortably until 15.5 yrs old. My current 12 year old has it and I'll be thinking of surgery in the future.

I can't help but think she'll get comfortable with so many visits so close together. Especially if she gets loved on and treats after.

I was successful with a homemade diet for my CC. When she stopped eating that with all the meds she was on to help her appetite, that was it. She left me in Jan at the young age of 6.

Healthy Paws used to be terrific. I won’t use them now. I looked at reviews and a new one called Lemonade ranked highest. I'm going to put my two new ones on that. The funny thing is my ex-employer bought them out.

I went the front leg amp route with my 12 yr old Diamond. She did great until cancer hit a back leg. I won't hesitate to do it again. The first 2 weeks suck though. And you'll doubt yourself. Just hold on. When she's running around with a big old grin on her face you'll be glad you did.

Have any of your vets checked her BP? My Pearl had something very similar during a walk. So we turned right around and I called her cardiologist. She told me to come right in as she suspected her BP was high. It was very high. The hypertension causes clots which causes strokes.

What about rolling vetwrap around his body under the t-shirt?
