msjpk Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 I have been awake since 4:00 am worried and checking on Plummer. He gets up to go potty, but very weak. He hasn't eaten since yesterday afternoon. I have tried to feed him by his bed but he has no interest. He will be 13 in June. Plummer has been regurgitating for about 1 month now. Visits to vets, x-rays of stomach, esophagus, neck reveal nothing. Lungs are clear. Vet feels underlying CA is present, but there is no tumor to confirm. I do not want invasive testing performed on my boy. He has had a significant amount of weight loss. You can see is ribs and he has back leg weakness. I had hope after visiting vet this Monday after Plummer received a B complex shot and I was given more meds. If this continues, on Friday Plummer will go to Rainbow Bridge and run again with no heavy breathing, sore paws, or tummy issues. Please give me the strength to do the best for him.
