DesiRayMom Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 It's 4:30 in the morning.......my stomach hurts, my heart hurts. Remember his tricep incident 2 weeks ago? Went to OSU, found a lesion on ultrasound, Dr. Clemente recommended wait & see, which we did...it improved over the weekend......back to normal by the end of the week. Off Tramadol, all was well. Evidently not. Went out tonight for last pee-call before bed, all was well. Went to bed, Des couldn't seem to get comfortable & started panting. Then he started a horrendous "kicky-twitch" in right rear leg. Got off the bed, took a few steps, stumbled, was dragging that leg. Not holding it up like it hurt, dragging it like he couldn't feel it. Full out panic, called OSU told them I was on my way. Somehow, by the grace of doG, got him in the truck & into the city. Bottom line, he's throwing clots. Don't know why. They made him comfortable for the rest of the night, more diagnostics in the morning. No prognosis until they figure out why. Please keep him in your prayers. I miss him so much. My head knows it was best for him to stay & be monitored through the night, but, oh, did it hurt.
