heartdogs Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 Noelle had a GM at 1:00 but seemed to come out of it quickly but was very restless, wandering around the house, standing in corners & went into a crate where she fell asleep until 4:00 when she started seizuring again. Now she is trying to rest but when she tries to get up her back legs slip out behind her & she screams. At the moment she is quiet & we will be at the vets first thing. heartdogs Posted March 19, 2012 Author Share Posted March 19, 2012 Noelle is at the vets with an IV, I'm going back with Laura's Dal so can check on her in 1-1/2 hrs. Luckily she hadn't had her morning insulin as he had to put a dexroce drip on her. She's a mess from all the slobber & has sores on her knees & elbows from trying to get up & rubbing the crate pan. All her housemates are looking every where for her& Prince is extra worried as Noelle is his best playmate. Yesterday evening instead of sampling the grass as the greys do she ate some of the big clover & what a mess that was this morning!! Dr Reese said it wouldn't hurt her but he agreed it was messy. This was only the second time in 5-1/2 years that Noelle has screamed while coming out of a seizure & when she did it in the car I was a nervous wreck because that was what Lucky did just before she died but Dr Reeae is so good he got me calmed down quickly so he could start working on Noelle. Poor Noelle is wired to the hilt & can't calm down but she just had her dinner & will get her meds soon. We hope tonight is better.
