CaliforniaGreys
Poor little Ekko is pretty sick this morning, some of it is normal after anesthesia but she's having a hard time. I can tell she's hurting and I can't give her the Metacam on an empty stomach. She doesn't want to eat and has already thrown up a few times. I am hoping her stomach will settle a bit and if not, I'll call the vet and ask that they give her a shot of Cerenia. And does she have the runs!! But, that's normal for right now. I hated to do this but it really had to be done Quote Missing my little Misty who took a huge piece of my heart with her on 5/2/09, and Ekko, on 6/28/12 For the sick, the lost, and the homeless

Batmom
I would give the vet a call and see if the shot would help her, Claudia. We've never had vomiting the day after anaesthesia, altho Joseph is usually pretty slow for a couple days. Sending best thoughts. Guest Energy11
Poor Girl! A lot of them have a hard time with the anesthesia. I'd probably get her that shot, so she can keep enough down for the Metacam. Maybe get her some yogurt or baby food to try, or ice cream? Send her our love, Please!
