She spent the last eight weeks in the Second Chance at Life program here in Michigan, where she was learning her commands and becoming accustomed to a life of leisure. She was scheduled to be released from prison in less than two weeks, when she would have been introduced to a couch and we would begin the task of finding her "forever" home. Unfortunately, she developed some health problems and went downhill quickly. God Speed, Heartbreak. You may not have had the chance to be adopted but you have found a forever home in our hearts.
