Xavi has been known to pee in the house, even when I put him in a disposable belly band (he pushes it out of the way and pees around it). After a normal urinalysis, we decided to treat it as general anxiety. He does well with milk thistle.

Make it as fun as possible to go outside and get him to a vet.

I had a similar thing happen last week. I a partially chewed, empty box of Imitrex with no sign of the pills. I induced,vomiting in both of them, and one off hours visit to the vet, two X-rays and two days later, I found the untouched blister pack of pills. My vet suggested buying small bottles of hydrogen peroxide and giving 50cc to start. She said once the bottles have been opened, they lose their fizz and effectiveness.

How do his pads look? They can burn easily on hard surfaces. It doesn't take that high a temperature to cause damage.

At the very least, keep both of them muzzled. There have been some pretty nasty deaths due to fights. Also, please take the hound to the vet. Puncture wounds from bites can get nasty infections.
