I am so very sorry to hear about Dylan. Nothing eases the pain, but it sometimes comforts to know that someone else understands. Everyone here does.

Wishing you good memories and hugs. f_yellow:grouphug

How tragic.......every hound parent's nightmare. You do what you think is going to make things better, and it goes horribly, horribly wrong.

Your intentions were honorable, but I know that doesn't help your aching heart. I'm so sorry.

Blessed is the person who has earned the love of an old dog.

I'm so very, very sorry this happened. We lost Spencer last March under similar circumstances -- respiratory crisis after a procedure that shouldn't have ended that way. So please believe my heart is with you, and I understand the shape of your loss. :grouphug I hope your boy's spirit remains with you.
