Guest cruzNhounds Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 I'm still in shock. On the morning he died, Frank was leaving to work and I called for Dusty to jump up onto the bed but he wouldn't. He just rested his head on the bed and looked at me with those soulful eyes. Frank turned and walked down the hallway Dusty followed. Next thing I hear is Frank calling out his name and the sound of Dusty hitting the floor. He took his last breath when I got to him. Gone forever. He was a great dog, with lots of love to give. His time spent with us was way to short, but the time I had with my Boy will never be forgotten. I will cherish it always. Even with four other dogs here his house seems way to quiet. I can't even think about changing my siggy. Quote
