  1. This is truly my favorite houndie story. Run free sweet Lilly and find your brother Whiskey at the Bacon Bar!
  2. I am the organizer of the infamous early Saturday morning playgroup and some fellow friendly posters let me know that you were looking. We meet at the Ridge Road Recreational Park Dog park In Germantown MD every Saturday just after sunrise. This week it will be at 7:15am. We have several NoVa attendees who come at that hour! Since you don't have enough posts yet to PM, I'll put the directions here. Take the Beltway to I 270 and get off at exit 16- Father Hurley Blvd. Head west towards Damascus and turn left on 355. The entrance to the County Park is on your right, not far from the intersection, slightly hidden by a berm. Follow the entrance road all the way to the stop sign and you will see the dog park on the left and the parking lot on the right. ALL GREYS MUST BE MUZZLED! It is very rare that other breeds come at that hour, because greyhound people are the only ones crazy enough to be awake and out at that time on a Saturday morning. It's even earlier in the summer! It's a lot of fun and the greys really enjoy themselves- running for a little bit and then they stand around and get petted by the humans! Hope you can come! Kathy
  3. I am so sorry that it came time for Nando to leave for the Rainbow Bridge. He will be waiting for you! Run Free Nando!
  4. Such a beautiful "foster"! Plus I like her bling!
  5. Marc, this has always been my all-time favorite video!
  6. What a handsome boy! Welcome home Mooney!
  7. How did Mooney DO that? Fabulous pictures! I love the picture of Saoirse flying!
  8. Hope you had a greyt Christmas. The campers look wonderful- I love their Christmas housecoats!
  9. Or you could try cornstarch to get it to clot if you don't have styptic powder.
  10. Greyt site and really nice things! Just placed an order for a greyhound print mask.
  11. I am so sorry. Such a beautiful tribute to Jeter!
  12. Specky! Thanks for our annual story of the Unfortunate Christmas Tragedy. Santa lives on and Specky lives in our hearts!
  13. Here are our memorials for Beka and Breeze. Their pictures are in the back, on top of their boxes are gifts that we received when they passed- Beka's is a lovely crystal from WFUBCC and Breeze's was a commissioned sculpture given to us by our friends at greyhound playgroup. Their paw prints are on either side with their tag collars around them. I also have my collection of angel statues around them. It may seem over the top, but it makes me smile when I see it. Kathy
