I dreamed that Nando, who passed on to Rainbow Bridge in January, was suddenly back in my life, alive and healthy, but now he was named Window. I was so happy I awoke from joy. But why was he named Window in my dream? I pondered this as I tried to go back to sleep. Then I realized that Windo is a portmanteau of Wink, my first greyhound and Nando, my last greyhound. I think I have a message from beyond.

For some reason I can no longer post or receive new posts on the facebook page. I can only view past posts. Have I been banned or something?

My first greyhound had no idea what to do with a toy. I would gently toss a toy to him, and he watch it approach and let it bounce off of his face. Then he would give me a look that said, "Why are you throwing things at me?" It took my brother's lab to teach him how to play. He saw the lab running to catch toys and playing with them, and he just had to join in!

Nando will sniff then ignore dog poop. However rabbit and cat poop will send him into a feeding frenzy.

Now we know what the Chinese did with all those chickens they killed during the bird flu epidemic.
