  1. Hoping for a positive outcome! I lost two to osteo, and get nervous when someone starts to limp!
  2. Hope the slings are never needed! Thanks for bringing the bread! Sorry that Specky and Reba drank your coffee!
  3. I've never heard of stitches for corn removal. Not sure what they did, but there is probably pain if it was just done. I had a dog who refused to walk on a foot with a bandage on it. Take off the bandage...no problem! I don't think he is looking for sympathy. Maybe pain, or maybe just doesn't like the feeling of walking with a bandage on. Hope tomorrow is better.
  4. Such a sad update! I'll be thinking of you. Hugs! It hurts so much to do the right thing!
  5. Marshmallows. A slice of bread. Cream cheese. Banana. Lunch meat.
  6. You can get the non Costco variety of diamond naturals from Amazon. I started getting it there when I left Costco.
  7. Why does she have to stay outside alone?
  8. I've done it both ways, and never had a reaction in my dogs. I combined all horse shots one year, and one of my five horses had a reaction. I had to give bordatella to renew my therapy dog's certification each year.
  9. Sometimes a bump is just a bump! Good to have it checked out! Hoping for good news!
  10. Can you set up a smaller pen off the deck with a couple of X-pens? That way she isn't on a leash, but you should be able to catch her. My twelve year old tripod is deaf. Recently, when she goes out late at night, I have to bring her back in. She just settles down in the dirt to sleep, even if I leave the door open. She can't hear me calling, so I have to grab her collar. Once she sees me, she does come in. It's like she thinks she has to stay out there until I come get her, even when she sees the other dogs go in. I have only had her for three months, but this behavior is new. I understand how frustrating this can be. Good luck!
  11. Have you tried adding milk? Two of mine often refuse to eat, but sometimes will go back to the bowl if I add milk.
