Only 7 years old, he had been struggling recently with something their vet just couldn't get to the bottom of. When my phone rang this morning at 2:10 and I saw their number, I knew exactly what had happened before I even answered. He died in my brother's arms a half hour earlier. He was a gorgeous brindle with a mug that was so ugly it was beautiful....everytime I went to their house, he would get so excited, he would almost wiggle himself off of his feet and I'm surprised that docked tail was still attached to his body it wagged so hard! I will miss him so much....he was one sweet boy. Rest well, you handsome thing...I love you. I have a very sweet fawn Boxer next doort to me that is just left alone in the yard all the time.
