TheFullHouse Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 Took both Bullitt and Sammie to the vet this morning for rechecks. Sammie is totally well, eating good and playing again, Bullitt's foot looks good (he split his toe Monday running in the yard). We have to change the bandage daily but it's not infected and his healing well. He goes back to have the stitches out a week from this Saturday. Bullitt's protein levels are still in the low normal range so Dr. B wants me to add a big tablespoon of cottage cheese to his meals for the next three weeks. We will then check his protein levels again to see if there is any change with the increased protein intake. He's feeling good and eating good and looks great! No vet visits for the next week! YAY Bebe has gained 3lbs. and is back up to 51lbs.! She's loving her meals with the Wellness Beef added to her kibble. Valentino is doing great on the senior dog food I started him on. His rear end is much stronger these days. Jilly is status quo for now so we count ourselves blessed in that department. All in all, not a bad vet visit and whoopee for no vet visits next 7 days!
