GreyTzu
I know you are doing everything that both you and your Vet think is best for Sparks, based on his test results. I certainly have no layman's advice or nor am I in a position to second guess your team of Vets. Palliative care and pain management is always the correct course of action. The most important thing to do is keep him comfortable, fed and loved. Quote Wendy and The Whole Wherd. American by birth, Southern by choice. EllenEveBaz
My Scout had vasculitis, among other health problems, and in his last few months our holistic vet suggested using heating/cooling foods to help him regulate his body temperature better. I don't know how much it helped him, and it had to be balanced with what he would agree to eat, but it made me feel a little better, whipping up home cooked beef/sweet potato meals and egg white omelet dishes for him. We'll hold Sparks and his family in our thoughts. Wonder
How is he doing this morning? The same- still loves to go outside, eat his treats. I made him another roast and he chowed on that. The last 3 nights we have finally slept. I know he's moving around since he isn't in the same position in the morning but he's not yelping or anything to wake me up and I wake up at the slightest noise these days. Thanks for asking Quote Kari and the pups.Run free sweet Hana 9/21/08-9/12/10. Missing Sparks with every breath.Passion 10/16/02-5/25/
