Guest GryffinSong Posted April 2, 2010 Share Posted April 2, 2010 Gryffin went to the bridge today. My beautiful, sweet, goofy boy. My heart aches. My eyes burn. I miss him. Gryffin has been fighting osteosarcoma for several months. Early this week I decided he'd had enough of pain and made an appointment for this afternoon. Although he still showed signs of happiness, a wagging tail, a pogo greeting, I knew his pain had worsened. The vet was very sweet, and it was very peaceful. I'm glad I could be there for him, although it was very hard to do. My vet is taking samples in hopes that my boy can help research this horrible killer. Goodbye my big, sweet goof. I love you.
