DianeFG Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 (edited) I came home Wednesday and Sassy wasn't acting herself… she didn't want to come out of her cage and play - wouldn't play in the screenhouse - wouldn't eat or drink. I tried duck soup link to what duck soup is that didn't work. Then I notice she was pooping dark, tar-like poop So I figured I'd wait the night to see how she was in the morning…. Nothing changed, but she was becoming a bit dehydrated. I called my vet, brought her in and the vet confirmed she was very ill and we decided to set her free for the Bridge. She turned 8 on March 7th. She was a good, happy little girl. Please wish her a good trip to the Bridge, she has ferret sisters and a brother waiting there for her.
