I always just call them on the phone, and a sweet lady takes the order. Yes, they are pills. Our dog is 85 lbs and also took three pills twice a day when he needed this treatment. Guest meakah Posted February 12, 2011 Share Posted February 12, 2011 A post I did not think I would have to type so soon.....my sweet Koda is gone. After a tough battle over the past couple of months, Koda's heart just couldn't take it anymore. We did everything we could for her but in the end it was a losing battle. We even got a false sense of hope only 1.5 weeks ago with her improving beyond comprehension while starting her on Vetmedin. But in the last couple of days, she began to crash again and we made the very difficult decision to let her go yesterday. After one last walk at the dog park, and a breakfast filled with everything she loved (including MacDonalds), she passed away peacefully in our arms. I will forever miss her.
