He just ran in the yard. Bopped up and did his head-toss, wag, and bark routine to go outside. Grateful for this happy day! He is such a strong boy, it amazes me. It's blurry, sorry - he was way far out in the yard, so I was filming with my camera on zoom the whole time. Couple more pics too: Apollo insisted I add this video of him. I can imagine how glorious those moments must be for you. Whitey looks so good! He has a look of happiness and contentment. Thank God he found his way to you to live out his last days. I'm hoping they can go on for many more weeks. He's found the Paradise he could never even imagine when he was waiting all those months in the kennel. I'm sure in time I would get used to it - Apollo makes it look like it's no trouble at all to get around! You can see the blog for updates on how he has been doing lately, but the short version is that he had 2 pretty darn good weeks but has slid sharply the past couple days. I love my little guy so much, and am still listening carefully to him. If he tells me tonight that he wants another day, then he will get it, but my sense is that he is getting tired.
