I wanted to post a memorial because there are people who do know him, his lineage and that he has/had? sisters and brothers. Eddie was a very special guy.. he loved everyone, even strangers. He was affectionate and slimed me at least once a day, he LOVED stuffies, stole and hid shoes.. slept on his back, shed all over the place, had frequent bouts of the Sh*&s because he was "high-strung" and was the sooner hound in that he'd rather sleep than anything.. I couldnt cry until yesterday.. and for some reason, I cant stop. I loved Eddie very very much. My crazyass Blue Brindle boy. Eddie deserves to be recognized.. He was truly one in a million. Actually, all my babies, here and departed are very special dogs. To fully understand the MAGICK of a greyhound, you have to be owned by at least one or more. I understand the pain you're feeling. Sometimes grief comes in different ways for different folks. Crying IMO is very cleansing and has a way of helping the heart heal. But boy it sure doesn't feel that way while you are in the midst of it. Know that the memories you have with Eddie are in your heart and those memories will live forever with you.
