I got no sleep last night, but Penny sure did! :) I slept at the foot of the bed and woke every time she moved.

Her platelet count 2 days ago was 14; it should be 100. It is now at 80!!!!!

She has decided that since she cant do the doggy door yet, shes gonna pee in the master bathroom on the linoleum. Perfect!

I told her what a smart girl she was for deciding that! :)

She is doing well on all fronts! We will pick her up again tonight and hopefully, I will be a little more relieved and actually sleep.

YAY!!! :confetti:confetti:confetti

Unbelievable! What fantastic news!!!! Yeah Penny!

You could get pee pads (we use washable in my house, but given how little sleep you've gotten, disposable would work as well!) to further encourage her to go in the bathroom. Just lay one where she's been going and replace with a clean after it's been used once or twice.

What a relief! :pinkele :pinkele :pinkele

I second the puppy pee pads. We used them for Jane for awhile, and they've been a godsend.

Glad to hear she's home and doing so well. I really do think that sometimes home is the best place for them to get better. Nothing can replace a mommy's care and attention in familiar surroundings. :)
