    I should add that Sweep tends to gain weight easily so she might be on the lower end of what people around here feed. It'll take some trial and error to figure it out based on the specific dog's activity level, weight, and metabolism. Hopefully you'll get some more replies to get a better average.

    Sweep weighs about 62 lbs and maintains that on 2 cups of Fromm's Adult Classic a day (plus treats, of course!), so we only buy one 15 lb bag per month. I believe that's how much she had with Iams green bag too.

    Yes, Iams in the green bag is very popular around here for its poop-firming magic. You might also try adding a tablespoon of Olewo carrots as a daily supplement. My dog has done fine on every food we've given her, so she's a rarity, but for the occasional bout of diarrhea the carrots have worked well for us.
