If it makes you feel better, my Indy, who will be 12 in two weeks -- and who looks very much like Princess (except he has a half tail!) just had his annual dental on Tuesday. All went well and Indy still has all his toofers! Stained and chipped, plenty of tartar and some gum inflammation, but x-rays were negative. I knew that when Miles went for his dental at 9 years old and with a REALLY bad mouth that it was a concern for me and his wonderful vet, Melissa. He is all healed now but only has 12 teeth left. No idea yet how many were pulled. I will feel better when I see her and talk to the vet! Thank you all.
