  1. Roman is an enourmous boy, he has the Ruffwear harness as well. He wants to meet ALL dogs, people, cats, critters (and maybe eat them) and it works well for us.
  2. Very cat-like--wait around a corner, then SURPRISE--GOTCHA!
  3. I keep seeing those Himalaya/Yak (cheese?) chews online. Has anyone's pups tried them? I have two quick chewers and one dainty chewer, plus Roman has stomach issues. Thanks!
  4. Earigami! And, yes, they do talk with those ears. Beverly, that woman is a world class dum-dum.
  5. I've found that the ones who have "pointier" ears have thicker ears--G's ears are noticebly thicker than Roman's, he can point his straight up, while Roman's kind of just wave in the breeze if he tries it. Fuzzy is in the middle, can point both straight, but usually right ear up, left bent.
  6. If the person comes over, have it on display, then put it back into storage. Or if you don't have it, and they ask, just say "I found a special place for it, don't worry". Technically the truth.
  7. I think that's supposed to be a key holder instead! But if you've got a car with a keyless ignition, it's better to store them away from doors and windows because thieves can use a scanner to get the code and make a duplicate.
  8. G is a seldom wagger, he is a teef chatterer tho. His lack of front teeth makes his tongue fall out, too, and he can't lick in a straight line.
  9. Thank you to our SS! Roman has worn himself out flipping the snake around, and we've sampled a few treats. A nice collar for G, and a much needed SNOOOOODD for Fuzzy the Always Cold. Mom gifts are great, I always need notepads and tote bags and all. We'll sample the people food later.
  10. You're welcome! I'm so glad Bada is with us here in the US and on GT. For anyone wondering, the ornaments came from House of Morgan Pewter. They are on Etsy and have a lot of great stuff.
  11. Had beagles as a kid, they are great dogs, but let them get that rabbit (or whatever) scent and BOOOROOOHH and off they go.
  12. Oh no! Knees are tricky things, the worst joint in the whole body. I hope he makes a VERY speedy recovery. You are welcome, and no harm, no foul! No SS without Mary Pat.
  13. Actually, those were from us! I hope you liked your "Mom gifts", too.
  14. Roman will probably be my last grey, I'm early 40s and he is ENOURMOUS and I know my joints just can't take another his size. I will look into galgos and smaller podencos and maybe an iggy or two.
  15. I like big & medium size dogs more than littles, but I will admit to coveting Ducky's Podencos. She might have some contacts to get you one.
  16. We got a very large box From a very small state should we open now or wait until the date?
  17. Ducky said it best. If they stay one day or one million, they are loved to the max.
  18. Too bad it won't collect bumper stickers from all those places it's visiting!
  19. Bada, I hope you enjoy your first Xmas.
  20. The path is clear we will wait for Xmas Cheer!
  21. Oh, my! That sounds like the trip my dog food went on earlier this year w/Amazon. Plus the problems we have with substitute carriers...But keep on their tails, they'll relent eventually!
  22. You're welcome! Looks like the Post Office is not going to be a Grinch!
  23. You're welcome! I'm glad everything arrived on time and in good condition. The vendor of the ornament was at our biggest craft fair, Made in the South. They had a lot of great items--I got myself a Megalodon tooth in pewter.
