  1. Everyone has a SS now. When you want more info, seek out one of our elves (see sign up thread for the volunteers) PM them asking for help. The elves will start a new thread for each individual. Where the recipient will answer the elves questions. Have fun!
  2. I adopted Diamond 4 months later simply because she was Pearl's littermate. Never regretted it. I think they did recognize each other but personality wise, totally different. Diamond was quiet, borderline shy. Pearl was outgoing and confident. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
  3. We have enough to hold it. We'll just wait for everyone to let me know. Hohoho on!
  4. I'm posting this in 2 spots. If you're interested in doing secret Santa 🎅 this year please let me know by October 31. Right now just post yay or nay.
  5. I'm posting this in 2 spots. If you're interested in doing secret Santa 🎅 this year please let me know by October 31. Either here or in the Secret Santa 2022 subforum (when created)
  6. I was actually thinking Australian. My CC had 5 letters in one ear. She was a Canidrome survivor.
  7. I'm also interested in getting one done of my Macau girl. She only had 18 months of freedom from that hellhole.
  8. From GALT website "Due to the national shortage of adoptable greyhounds, as well as available GALT greyhounds, sighthound mixes and lurchers, combined with the current large volume of GALT adoption applications, we are temporarily suspending applications outside of our operational areas of Dallas / Fort Worth and New Mexico.."
  9. Keep chanting to yourself. "Only 2 weeks" That's when suddenly everything improves.
  10. Even if she's not with you long, once she recovers from this surgery there's no more pain and no chance of a sudden break.
  11. Did you have kidney tests done? To rule out protein losing nephropathy.
  12. It was so nice to see Eugene, Fuzzy and Roman in person! Oh and you too Vanessa.
  13. My heart sank when I saw her name. I stared at the title several seconds before it finally hit me that it was beautiful Sweep.
  14. Where are you located? I do dogsitting and have lots of experience with tripods. I'm in central NJ, USA.
  15. She is pain free without that leg, and you will not have to worry about a spontaneous break.
  16. She may not be able to f Go on as long of walks as before. It takes a lot more work to get around. Also, healing suture lines pull and pinch, so definitely she could cry with that.
  17. Hold on, it's gets better. When you see her running around as a tripod with a big grin on her face these two weeks will fade into oblivion.
