  1. How heartwrenching to lose 3 so close together. Phoebe sounds like a wonderful wonderful girl.
  2. While I do have an OS dog, it was a very ovbious wrist tumor. Classic. No biopsy. Personally since she's a galga, and OS is not as common in them and it's in an odd location I lean towards doing the biopsy. Normally I won't. It would probably be the same amount of pain medication as for the palative care. GOOD LUCK!!!
  3. I had to read the title twice as I thought OS was almost non-existent in galgos, too. I'm so sorry to hear that she's got it.
  4. What a handsome handsome boy! I had a black girl with an overbite. She lived to 15.5 yrs. I'm going to be passing through your state going from NJ to TX and back in October.
  5. It was Sat, I think I remember you. Lots of people stopped as Tanzi was the only front leg amp there this year. There was a galgo puppy with a hind amp. That was all of the amps this year.
  6. Ditto! Remind me what you looked like. And yes I was your SS I think 3 years ago.
  7. Me too. I like it better than Dewey. If you saw someone pulling a red wagon around the vendor area and a tripod that refused to use it, that was me.
  8. I'm so sorry to hear this. the shock and pain is overwhelming.
  9. When my 15 yr old needed a dental, I spent the money and went to a very highly recommended dentist. She was extremely particular with with the anesthesia and the amount of time under, and was just so picky. Onyx survived the dental. I'm glad I went that route.
  10. Since I currently have an OS dog, I wish we were close enough to have been in a study.
  11. Jennifer, I'm so sorry. He was a very special boy. And a handsome one too.
  12. You're not the only one. I'm in 1863, but would rather be at Quality.
  13. I think I am. I have a room at 1863 and looking for a roommate. But, I'm losing my job this year, so taking early retirement. I'm not sure if I'll still go. I'm scheduled for Thur-Sun now.
  14. Emma did the same thing as Aiden, just 3 weeks behind him. She also ended up losing her toe. We worked from June until Jan to try to get it to heal. But she's doing great now. Hardly bothers her. The snow was a bit cold but it is still just a couple months post amp.
  15. I was just wondering how Cassie was doing? Did she start her heartworm treatment yet?
  16. Mark, your tribute brought me to tears. He was a wonderful boy. Very handsome. And a great role model. Thank you for sharing him with us.
  17. Farewell master, yet not farewell. Where I go ye too shall dwell. When ye come where I have stepped, Ye will wonder why he Sept.
