SmolAliens Posted June 3, 2019 Share Posted June 3, 2019 (edited) Hi y'all! I posted in the medical forum a little while ago about adopting a grey with epilepsy. Well, I went to the meet and greet (a 2-hour drive from home!) on Saturday and it's official. Giant will be riding with a member of the greyhound rescue to our home in Orlando for a quick inspection and introduction to our cats...and then he is ours! Giant was born Flying Big Giant and raced 90+ times at a few tracks. Not 100% on whether or not the epilepsy started during or after his career, but it is well-controlled on meds. We picked up the biggest crate we could find (48") per his foster's recommendation. He is 80lbs so I'm hoping it works for him!
