carronstar
I am so glad that Miss Doodles is home where she belongs. Equally glad today's storm turned out to be somewhat of a non-event. Hopefully, that has helped you with trips in and out of the house. More healing this weekend Miss Doodles!

seeh2o
She was a real pill tonight, very feisty and demanding, pushed her xpen open and started marching around the house! She marched straight to her food bowl, hardly wobbling and ate with gusto. She was a real PITA and I love it! Gets her first acupuncture treatment tomorrow morning. I hope she can make it down the long walkway to the street to get to my car. She's going to be exhausted when we get back. seeh2o
How is Doodlicious doing? She's Doodldandy! She had her second acupuncture and cold last treatment tonight. After the needles came out and the cold laser was on her, her eyes rolled back in her head and she went right to sleep. It's really fascinating to see, it must feel so good. She's getting stronger everyday, still wobbly, but she has been standing in the car more. I don't like that, but I know it's good in that she's getting her balance back. I can't wait until she is off all her meds so she'll just be my Doodle Bug with no meds on board. I'm leaving soon to go visit my family, I hate to leave both of them, but especially Doodles right now. Such bad timing, but there's never a "good" time for something like this. I'm truly blessed with some incredible friends who will be taking care of them as if they were their own. They will even transport her to and from her acupuncture treatments. While all this was going on my mom was rushed to the hospital because they thought she was having a stroke. Turned out that she was dehydrated, we were so fortunate. There was a lot more drama, but it's all past us now. Moving forward, getting better everyday. Thank you for asking!
