I don't know if it will help at all but we are having a little "funeral" and planting a tree for Teddy. Natalie his 7 yr old sister wants to do this so that she can go see Teddy anytime. As I read the poem, I thought of our sweet cocker, Daisy, that we had to put down in March. Needless to say, my eyes are really sweating right now. I dread the day we may have to go thru this with one of our greys. Just try to think of all the sweet memories and joy Kipper brought you.
