  1. Zero Odor is a great product for any kind of pet stinkies.
  2. Johnny sometimes doesn't eat his breakfast, but will eat dinner. A lot of greyhounds have stomach upsets if they go too long before eating, and a bedtime "cookie" can help mitigate the upset.
  3. Aww, Taylor, you get sillier every time!
  4. I wonder if someone in the UK can send you some TCP for his toe. Stinks to high heaven, though.
  5. Yep, Filarabits! For ticks, I recommend the Seresto collar.
  6. Hah, Johnny did that too! He will pee anywhere else another dog has been. He also peed on my mom & dad's fridge the first time I took him the their house, I guess he had to say "Johnny wuz here!" (they don't have indoor dogs).
  7. Is there anywhere near that has a hydrotherapy (I hope that's the right word!) facility for pets? Just enough water to support his body, but not like a deep pool, to take some of the strain off?
  8. Yeah, cause they didn't have to clean it up!
  9. My Lab had LP, she had tieback surgery at age almost 13, she lived another two years, which is ancient for a Lab. Her bark afterwards was a raspy one, instead of her deep WOOF, and sshe lost the ability to whine.
  10. I love that first on the sofa pic, Wafer is like "what the hey???"
  11. I have a picture of "greyhound anatomy" on my desk--one of the characteristics is "permanent woe face".
  12. Meant to add--hopefully, the use of the harness can save your shoulder/neck if he pulls too hard or yanks you. I know I've got damage in my neck and shoulder from those many years my Lab would drag me around while we were working (harnesses were verboten for some strange reason!)
  13. He's very handsome! I second the harness.
  14. If you have an Ollie's near you, you can get some there, too.
  15. Johnny gets Purina One Grain Free Chicken & Sweet Potato. I mix in about half a can of either Purina Beyond (whatever flavor--beef, chicken, or salmon) or Pro Plan Grain Free (turkey or beef). He doesn't like just plain dry food, I think he has a sensitive mouth and the wet food helps it go down easier. Wal-mart also has their own grain free called Pure Balance in both dry and wet. I've given him some of the wet flavors, they're okay, but I think they have more fillers and he toots more with them.
  16. Thanks! I'll give him Composure tonight and see how he does tomorrow. It's funny what a dog will be afraid of--my Lab could work all day next to big trucks, but wouldn't go near a bicycle and hated walkers and wheelchairs. Go figure.
  17. I'm new to this board--just read your lovely tribute to Minny--hugs and schnoofs from me and Johnny, his half brother.
