  1. Hope you stick around, or even just check in sometimes. Pictures of any critter are always welcome!
  2. SUCKER!!! (In this house, I get the whining and pathetic eyes. )

Ducky, I am so, so sorry. PUdge was one of my favorites.
  4. Rabies shot and antibiotics. Be watchful. Brees turned into a bull terrier after one encounter with a kitty.
  5. Nothing wrong with sleeping downstairs if that pretty lady is sharing your bed!
  6. Nothing at all wrong with a muzzle or crate. They help keep the dog safe. I see you're in Leesburg. Going to Grapehounds? I'd love to meet Rocket; he sounds like fun!
  7. Your dog is in danger. Get the dog out of your city, now, and contact The Lexus Project.
  8. Good. I've been worrying about him all day.
  9. No reason to mention it. You're just being overly cautious about a weird looking callus, right?
  10. I apparently never took a pic, but did have a similar experience. Maybe not as bad as yours. Joe's bruise The consensus seemed to be that it does happens, but kinda sucks. If you wanna take a sharpie and outline it, you can be sure that it doesn't get any bigger.
  11. Yes, call your group, but also find time (right away) to take her to the vet and make sure she's ok. She could be hurting, and I know you want to be sure of what's going on before you make a decision. If you can manage to take her for a walk or ride with no kids, I bet she'd like love it. I'm sorry.
  12. for Joe's "drinking buddy." Joe has had x-rays with no sedation, and with light sedation. Never full on anesthesia. I really, really hope you're just paranoid!
  13. Don't like the sound of this. What's going on?
  14. Ducky, you know better than most what to give your dogs. If it was me, I'd do Rimadyl for the anti-inflammatory properties, and consider the Valium or Trazadone to keep her off it for a bet. YMMV. Hope she recovers quickly!
  15. No advice, but I'm sorry to read this. You're really having a terrible time of it.
