  1. Polli is my PITA eater and with the chemo it's horrible. For Polli- it's carbs- crunchy carbs- much like a pregnant woman who has morning sickness can eat crackers for nausea. So, try cracker with peanut butter, granola bars (nature valley peanut butter) burpdog biscuits, peanut butter dog cookies, milkbones and if we were really lucky, she would eat shredded chicken breast very late at night. Keep the greasy stuff away from her.
  2. No idea- but I am sure someone here will chime in. Hope all will be OK.
  3. Poor sweetie. Hugs and prayer for a quick and full recovery.
  4. This is your best bet. We've been using all stuff from Claudia. It's 100% pure and ALL the proceeds goes to the hounds. Check out her website for next time.
  5. I am so sorry for your loss.
  6. What a horrible shock. OMG- I am so so sorry. Run Free Loki
  7. Hugs to you both, I know how frustrating and scary it is to try and get a dog that needs to eat to eat.
  8. Or maybe you could just rinse that one area. Greyhounds, unlike other breeds don't require baths regularly. I give baths as needed to my pack which is usually 2 - 3 tims a year but I do "spot" clean as necessary, especially Beau's leg which always has urine on it!
  9. We prefer Frontline as that is the only one we've ever used (when we need to use it) If price is a factor, you can find FL online MUCH less expensive than the vet. There is also a poll somewhere here on GT - RE: which flea meds are used and why.
  10. Just seeing this newest Misty problem. Good thinking to wet her down with towels. Hope you both have a peaceful night.
  11. OMG- I am totally without words but yes, she sounds like she is going to do fine. I'm sure you will have to modify as needed. Loads of prayers to you both.

  18. I started this thread on day 8 after Polli's amp. http://forum.greytalk.com/index.php?showtopic=213342 We are at week 5 and she has had 2 chemos. The first 4 days after chemo is rough but other than that, my Polli is baaaaaaaaaaak. IT WILL GET BETTER!!! Read through the thread. I think you will see a lot of the same things.
