If I were an adoption group rep, I would NOT adopt to me!! I have two jobs (work every weekend as well as FT during the week) - I'm just not home enough and it's not fair to the dog!! MAYBE when I can retire... so - I'll just stay in the cult & get my major grey-fix at GIG & Dewey and minor ones by visiting grey-friends!!

Cody sliced the large pad on a front foot once in the yard - never found what she cut it on!! That took a few stitches too! Hope it heals up fast!!

Oh - and don't leave bags of dog food in your truck of your car overnight!!! My friend in Brattleboro did that (she forgot) and had HUGE scratches all ov er the car the next day!!! Bear!!! (I think she's lucky it didn't peel open her car like a sardine can!)

Hi Anne! Welcome to Greytalk! I'm in New Carrollton - and though I'm currently greyless, I volunteered for both GPA-MD and Greyhound Welfare - both are really good groups (as is Greyt Expectations). Just maybe go to some meet & greets with the different groups when you can & see which is a better fit for you. Others probably have more info on the other groups in the area... Someone has warned you that greyhounds are addictive, haven't they???

Since you started him on the antibiotics and they've had time to kick in now, I suspect he had a UTI that didn't show up in the tests!~! Hopefully, his winning streak will continue!
