It was such an unexpected and tragic end for our girl and--as many of you have said--especially when we were hoping to make things better for her. It's been sad but sweet to go through the pictures I have of her. I always called her my "pretty lady." My last picture with Lily, coming up the deck after a potty. We miss our girl terribly. Now we're focusing on keeping an eye on our 11-year-old boy and first greyhound, Gus (Gustafson), and Tolee the schnauzer. We're all adjusting together.
