Guest twoskinnydogs
As many of you know I found out about a week and a half ago that Toby's chemo protocol stopped working. I received the new "final option" drugs in the mail over the weekend and he started them today. This evening I noticed him limping and found the leg with the tumor was swollen, like the tumor had grown rapidly. I notified Dr. Couto and I'm waiting to hear back. I know that this is our last chance at this, I hope and pray that it will help him. He is in such good sprits and acting like the normal sweet boy he is. Guest twoskinnydogs
Thank you everyone. Toby’a leg is a little better this morning. Dr. Couto responded and said that this type thing happens when switching between the chemo protocols. He wants me to continue the chemo and watch Toby closely. Guest twoskinnydogs
Toby’s leg has swelled a little more, I also found 2 new pea sized tumors on him. He is not in any pain and appears to be acting himself so far. I am worried sick about him.
