Timmy lacked nothing in his life, except for better health. They only had him 2 years. He was 8 when he died, in mid-January. He was Martine's heart dog, and their first greyhound. Timmy was funny and silly. Gary and Martine trusted me enough that when they traveled, Timmy would come and stay with us. Martine would call every day to check on him. One night when Timmy was sleeping on the floor by my side of the bed, I sat BOLT UPRIGHT, my eyes watering. THAT SMELL! Timmy looked at me, like, WHAT? The bottle of Febreze stayed on the nightstand for the duration of his visit. Had to use it a couple more times, too I fussed at Martine for not warning me, and she laughed! Timmy, you are still loved, and greatly missed. You left us too soon, gentle soulman.
