2greytgreys
Hey Lisa, Just read through all the thread. If the swelling has gone done by 50% since receiving the antibiotics then I'm praying it is just an infection that is clearing up. Call me if you need me. I'm only about 10 minutes away and can be there quickly if you need me. Keep me posted and I'll keep praying that Roscoe is well soon. DevilDog
Here's where we are today. Yes the swelling has gone down. One of the areas that retains the swelling is a new area, just under the one side directly under the last tooth. (I attempted a look in his mouth, didn't notice anything). Any thoughts? (ArchE would be proud!!! ) Quote Lisa with Finnegan (Nina's Fire Fly) and Sage (Gil's Selma). Guest Smiley
Any chance he could have an abcessed tooth? Just a thought . . .
sweetdogs
Maybe it's just "stuff" shifting around on it's way to bye-bye. Roscoe is one cute boy (& he "looks" good too). Can't wait to see more of him when all this is cleared up. Quote Deirdre with Conor (Daring Pocobueno), Keeva (Kiowa Mimi Mona), & kittehs Gemma & robthomas. 2greytgreys
Any chance it could be an absessed (sp?) tooth? I don't know how to read x-rays so I couldn't tell if that might be the cause of the swelling. Is it me or do his eyes look allot better than in the earlier photo? DevilDog
The specialist did say an abscess was a possibility, but didn't see any evidence of it while doing the endocosopy-whoosy-whats. Oh, and yes, his eyes are better. Clouding is still there but much better, very little weeping, no more squinting, etc. Quote Lisa with Finnegan (Nina's Fire Fly) and Sage (Gil's Selma). Fruitycake
I just read through this, and it read like a thriller. Very scary, but the later entries have relieved me considerably! I am glad he is looking better (a LOT better!) and that you both got some good sleep. Hoping his improvements continue.
