Robin, I am so sorry to hear this, but I have to say, I was not terribly surprised. Beau is SO sensitive, I can't imagine that Polli's loss and your grief wouldn't affect him in some way, though I was expecting something more along the lines of not eating. I hope this turns out to be corns, or something equally annoying but treatable. You have all been through so much!

Greg I am so sorry to hear this. I hope it is "just" VF. We always know the bad day will come, but knowing doesn't make it any easier.

I know how worrying that kind of weight loss can be. As long as she has a good appetite and seems to feel ok, I guess you just keep going.

No advice Amanda, but many and for my boy Memphis! Poor guy has had a rough time, I hope he feels better soon.

I suppose I shouldn't, but glad to see she's feeling like her old self!

My vet offered to put Sugar on it when her back end problems caused incontinence, but I said, with all her other health problems, I'd rather just clean up after her. I know many people have used it with no problems, but like Heather said, you need to be aware of the side effects. I am glad he's off since he was showing a reaction. FWIW, once Sugar's back end got better, the incontinence mostly stopped. Acupuncture helped with that.

I am so so sorry. Polli was a special girl, and she couldn't have had a better home and family than yours. I just wish she could have stayed longer. There really are no words for the pain, but you know we understand and share.
